Endometrial cancer
Supplements studied for endometrial cancer.
Overview
Endometrial cancer has four reviewed supplements. Green Tea (WA 68; medium effect size, high evidence, high trust) shows the strongest signal: regular intake, usually more than once daily, is linked to about 20% lower endometrial cancer risk in observational research, mostly in Asian cohorts, with risk declining per additional cup.
Black Tea (WA 36; very low effect size, medium evidence, medium trust) did not show protection per extra cup. Nattokinase has insufficient evidence. Flaxseed-related blood markers correlate with lower risk in some studies but do not prove flaxseed itself is protective. See the heatmap and evidence reviews below for all four entries.
