Overview
Only Vitamin C is indexed for wrist bone fractures, with one low-rated study (WA 32) for effect size and evidence and medium trust.
Taking 500 mg of vitamin C daily for about seven weeks after a broken bone does not appear to speed healing or improve symptoms compared with placebo. The indexed trial found no meaningful difference in recovery outcomes between vitamin C and control groups.
