Overview
Five supplements are indexed for HPV (6 studies), all at WA 40 with low ratings. Methionine (2 studies) was tested in combination products alongside standard wart care, with some reports of higher clearance and lower recurrence—it is unknown whether methionine alone is responsible.
Lycopene (1 study) linked higher blood levels to faster clearance of high-risk HPV in women. Reishi (1 study) was combined with coriolus mushroom without a control group. Vitamin A as prescription oral therapy may help genital warts, though topical vitamin A did not. Echinacea has no summary available.
