Sarcoidosis
Supplements studied for sarcoidosis.
Overview
Two supplements have very limited evidence for sarcoidosis. Quercetin (1 study) shows no meaningful benefit. Melatonin (1 study) has unclear effects—one very small two-year study reported lung function and skin improvements, and a shorter three-month trial found better sleep, less daytime fatigue, and improved quality of life.
More research is needed for both supplements. See the heatmap and evidence reviews below.
